I somehow created a rule that I want to remove. Please see the image. How may I remove it?

Looks like you need rule for C:\Windows\SysWOW64\control.exe for the real user that is redacted. And you need "Can execute programs" field for this program. You can use search by pressing Ctrl+F or by starting typing.
