Just to let you know, one cannot see the top 1/4 of the page when RulesManager64 shows the rule details. You have to drag the bottom border down to let the screen resize itself. So for example, the Action field is not visible. And there is no clue that there is something above. A lot of people have 14inch laptops, this should be addressed soon.
RulesManager is more for geeky-users, most people don't need it, that's why it doesn't have nice and shiny interface. But it's sure in our TODO list to refresh it, just not on top of the list.
