Where do I go to unblock a program that I accidentally blocked?
Main Window->Rules Database. You can find your program here either manually or using search with a button on top-right or with CTRL+F. And you can change Can Be Executed or other program options there. Just make sure you set it for the correct Real User as different Windows users (including SYSTEM) can have different rules.
