Vivaldi won't start isolated.Just blink and thats it.

Yep i can confirm it's broken in this version of Vivaldi. Devs will need to check it out.
It used to work though so something broke it.

They changed something, now it needs WINSTA_CREATEDESKTOP WinStation Access Right, add it in isolated environment options.
Sorry but i can't confirm that because of limitation. Strange because i have only 4 programs iisolated.Maybe this is related with chrome processes!

Yep each Chrome process counts as 1 program so that is why you get the msg.
You can take a look at Isolated processes tab on Main GUI window in Advanced Mode, it should show all running isolated processes. 1 instance of Chrome-based browser tends to have a lot of processes.
