There was a time period when Chrome and all Chrome-based browsers showed an empty window. How come? Well, it required excessive WinStation access rights, but it was mitigated by some other functionality, so everything worked at first. Then around June, 26 2014 this functionality got broken, it lead to inability to create WinStation thus inability to show any info, thus empty window. After report to developers it was fixed circa September, 28 2014. So it's all good now, but if you deal with old Chrome versions, take care.
