Do you have rehips in startup folder? Maybe you disabled it by accident? I assume you are using latest?

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

I put shortcut in startup folder and now all is fine. It must have got deleted from some overly zealous cleanup job.
thanks
