Alerts are generated by any behaviors outside or inside isolation but displayed only on real desktop.

Those are HIPS alerts you're seeing. HIPS and Isolated Environment make up ReHIPS.

Yes, I realise that they are HIPS alerts.  I  am still running SSM on my XP desktop, which is a HIPS, even though it was never developed further, after 2008/9, if I remember correctly. Still, perfect on XP.
