I don't know if the developer is aware of these, but I thought it may be relevant for the development of ReHIPS. Some of Microsoft's security plans for Windows 10 v1803 and later:

Hello and welcome to our forum.
Plans sound interesting, it's always interesting to take a look at new possible security features. Will look into it when release comes out. Though it looks like it's heavily relied on hardware virtualization, so not all CPUs will fully support it. Besides for about 1 of 3 use Windows 10, so it'll definitely take some years before people will massively start to use it.
